Footprint Aftercare

When a family breaks up, everyone's life changes. There are so many different things that need to be sorted out and thought about and that is why we have Footprint Aftercare, to help with some of those unfamiliar issues. Footprint Private Maintenance Agreements give you the tools to make a private agreement.  Footprint Maintenance Cover gives peace of mind should your income stop because of unemployment or ill health. By using the Footprint Will and Trust Service, your wishes in the event of your death will be known.

Footprint Maintenance Cover

If you have a Footprint Agreement, through our Aftercare service we can also arrange insurance cover to protect your maintenance payments should the paying parent suffer loss of earnings from unemployment, redundancy or sickness.

The saving made by not using the CSA means that this added security can be gained whilst still costing you less than using the statutory service for no added benefit.
Consistant, regular maintenance payments play an essential part in maintaining a child's stable home life. You already know this and now we can help you achieve it.

Footprint Maintenance cover helps you to continue making payments when you have lost your income due to unemployment or sickness or even death.
Once you have completed your Footprint calculation and created your private agreement, you will be given the opportunity to purchase Footprint maintenance cover for either a 12 month period or even the entire period of your maintenace liability. Just follow the link you will be shown at the end of the agreement.

Footprint Maintenance Cover makes sense

The cost of this product is considerably less than the CSA surcharge which means not only have you got payment protection,  you are also making great savings. For instance, a £20.00 payment via Footprint along with £1.27 payment for Footprint Maintenance cover, will still mean you have saved over £266.52 in CSA surcharges and you have the added benefit of maintenance cover for a 12 month period should you lose your income through no fault of your own.

Footprint Wills & Trust Service

One of the things that does get over- looked when a family breaks up is what will happen to the children should one or both parents die. It is a sad reality some people leave home in the morning never to return. A bigger reality is that in many cases no Will exists to show what that parent's final wish would have been about looking after the children or how their property is to be divided up among members of their often extended family.

If no Will exists, a complex legal procedure is needed to settle the estate which can be expensive and take a very long time. As part of our Aftercare service we can arrange for assistance in the preparation of a Will or a family Trust document.
These are important matters so all Wills and Trusts are created and dealt with only by fully regulated solicitors.
